Physician with 16 years of experience in the healthcare sector. As Medical Director of Instituto Cugat, she is responsible for coordinating and supervising all the clinical activity of the centre, ensuring the highest medical quality and patient safety. Her work includes unifying clinical criteria, developing and updating protocols, and leading multidisciplinary teams with an integrative and excellence-driven approach. She is also in charge of hiring and supervising specialists, organising human resources and clinical shifts, as well as providing medical and strategic guidance to the medical staff to ensure practice aligned with the values and mission of the Institute.
