CV OR EMPLOYMENT: sending a CV through the web or by any other means to ARTROSCOPIA.
Data collected: professional field, name, surname, first name, telephone, e-mail, CV, cover letter and any other personal data associated with the CV or professional profile.
Purpose: to manage the data subject’s candidature for published competitions or other vacancies that may arise in the future in the context of ARTROSCOPIA’s activities, in accordance with the candidate’s professional profile.
Retention periods: the data will be kept until you are hired or until you ask us to delete them.
The data will therefore be kept for the time necessary for the purposes of the processing and, once the processing has been completed, will be kept at the disposal of the public administration, judges and courts for the legal periods established for the notification and defence of any liabilities arising from the processing.

Data collected:Identifying data, contact information for patients or their representatives, including images, identity card or passport numbers, health cards, social security or mutual insurance numbers; health data integrated into the patient’s medical history; personal characteristics, social circumstances; and transaction data (payments, income, transfers, debits, etc.) that are exclusively necessary for registration to ARTROSCOPIA services.
Purpose: to register data subjects for the provision of healthcare and the proper management of healthcare services, and to establish and maintain business relationships.
Legitimacy: the existence of a legal or contractual relationship necessary for the provision of the service and a legitimate interest in the development of commercial relations.

Entities responsible for the payment of healthcare services, as per our information or legal requirements, include insurance companies, mutual insurance companies, public administrations, or third parties in cases of civil liability insurance or companies covering employee healthcare costs. Data may be communicated to third parties for service provision, with whom ARTROSCOPIA has signed relevant processor contracts and verified that they meet sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, ensuring processing is carried out in accordance with GDPR requirements and protecting the rights of the data subject.
EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
The data subject recognises his/her rights of access, rectification, cancellation, restriction, opposition and portability of his/her data. Similarly, he/she is protected by the right to revoke his/her consent to the processing by ARTROSCOPIA.
