The García Cugat Foundation, with the support of Surgival company specializing in implants for traumatology, prosthetics and surgical instruments, has sent basic osteosynthesis material to Nepal to help victims of the earthquake that last May 12 ravaged the country.
These are 1500 pieces for the treatment of fractures made available to Dr. Chakra Raj Pandey Medical Director of The Grande International Hospital who arrived at their destination on May 29. The material could be sent with the support of the cash donations made to the foundation during these days.
The García Cugat Foundation has a close relationship with Grande International Hospital. In 2013 he supported the implementation of the Regenerative Medicine Unit inaugurated by Dr. Ramón Cugat and Dr. Montserrat García Balletbó, President of the García Cugat Foundation, in January 2014.
